Staff were helpful, friendly and able to communicate in English. Location was perfect! Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. TIPS - If you have BIG and heavy luggage it's better off to alight at NTU Hospital Station instead of at Taipei Main Station (where you will have to climb up so many staircases). Google map & direction should then help you to navigate your walk to the hotel easily & comfortably. No need to get a taxi or uber.

The staff on duty were very courteous and polite. They went the extra mile to assist and inform us about the laundry facilities and free washing powder. We had put our clothing to wash and it needed approximately an hour, so we went out for a walk but ended walking for more than an hour. We came back and to our surprise, the staff has took the initiative to help move our washed clothes into the dryer above. They even offered to send our clothes to our room when it's done. 11/10 service!

The place was in the middle of everything. Access to Taipei Main Station & major bus stops within minutes, possible to walk to various places: National Museum, Ximending, CKS Memorial Hall. Dozens convenient stores, clothing shops and pharmacy all around and a few food stalls right at the front. We found ourselves coming back to the street to eat cuz finding food was difficult sometimes. One day we, found it too windy and thrifted a hoodie immediately. Thats how super convenient it was.

The hotel is basically part of the building that they rented the floors out I think. Anyway, not an issue for me but for some who might expected it to be a hotel with proper entrance - it is not. The room was fine, size was ok. The mattress and the pillows were nice. The bathroom and the shower were perfectly fine. The AC was really working well.

Cleanliness. This is the first thing that will catch your senses. The look. The feel. The scent. The room is obviously disinfected. Tourist friendly. From light switches to shower room. Almost everything has English translations. We were greeted with an English speaking staff. Room is not that large, but still quite enough for two. A bit pricey though. We checked in before Chinese New Year. In and out times are 16:00-11:00. Quiet environment and just across the Taipei Main Station.

Right next to Taipei Main Station, walking distance from Chang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, plenty of food stalls/shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance from Ximending Night Market, and close to convenience stores (Family Mart or 7/11)

Convenient location, very close to Taipei Main station and nearby eateries/shops. Room amenities were as expected given the reasonable price. Daily housekeeping and complimentary tea provided. Efficient and helpful staff at the reception.

The location is very accessible. It is near the main train station. There are also convenient shops and McDonald's around the corner There is hot and cold drinking water at the front desk and many other small things like toiletries, cups, drinks and biscuits in the room. The design of the room is cute.

Location Location Location. Really convenient and great value for money. I really like having free water and many toiletries which I didn't expect for this type of hotel. :) There is also a washing mashing free of charge in the building. Pre
